Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and personalized items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect information submitted by the customer, or an incorrect size or option selected by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved/order details due to an error by Blessed 1 Customs, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once design work, personalization, or production has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.
Customer-Provided Photos & Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted names, wording, photographs, logos, colors, sizes, and other customization details are accurate. Blessed 1 Customs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Shipping
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Blessed 1 Customs. Shipping delays caused by the carrier after an order has been shipped are outside our direct control.
